Initially we thought that this was going to be a simple case of a father who has passed on wishing to get the attention of his daughter. This theory proved to be correct during the investigation as the other beings within the residence did not wish to interact with us and the father was more than willing to talk. In order for us to be on the same page, the father passed away about 6 months ago and his presence has not only been experienced in this residence, but that of the widowed wife as well. To further complicate matters there are symptoms of nightmares, drawings in the child's room that could not be produced by a 10 year old, and a spirit that appears as a full blown and less than transparent apparition.
After returning to the residence to conduct a review of evidence, it was brought to our attention that activity had increased. While this is normal after an investigation, what is not normal is violent nightmares, the smell of garbage in personal vehicles, strange drawings on a toy box by the child, and recurring dreams of an Apache warrior pointing out a grave with a deceased Native American woman. It is our conclusion at this point that there is still much to be done with this situation and as a result, a great deal of research will be going into Native American history (Apace and Comanche) where this region is concerned, the plats for the land as far back as we can find, further research in Ouija Board destruction, and the possibility of a familial pass-down of psychic or sensitive abilities which are present in both the mother and child. While this list is a short one of mysteries to unravel, it is by no means complete. We are launching a full-bore investigation of this location that will take time, research, and above all perhaps the help of specialists to deal with this entity. The long and short of it is this: we are all in for a lot of work on this one (our client is helping us as well) and we are going to solve this problem and prevent further harm to the mother and the child.

Our client was kind enough to take a few more for us of the child's room after we had some questions about the box on the roof with writing in it. Each photo has a caption with further explanation.
Captured Audio (EVP)
The following EVP's were captured while at the residence. Some of these came from use of the Spirit Box, and others were captured without use of the Spirit Box. Since we did a video session with the Spirit Box and the clients present, we decided to include these only at this point. As always...put on your head phones and listen closely.
This EVP was captured in the Son's room and says: "What, Hi, Spirit (Box) and One. The last one is combined with a couple of voices.
This EVP was also captured in the Son's room using the Spirit Box. We captured: "Kids, Yea, and the names Warren, and Bob. There is no significance to the name Warren, but Bob is the name of the Clients father. When we reported this to the client (who had not given us his name prior to the investigation) she was very emotional about the confirmation of her theories that he was still with her.
This audio from the Spirit Box captures: "Hi, Nurse Aspen, and Hope." In asking about Nurse Aspen it was confirmed that many nurses were involved with family and the deceased father or family at one point. It was also mentioned that the name Hope was known as well as that was one of the original name selections for our client before she was born.
This EVP from the Spirit Box states the name Bob and the word "yes."
This audio was captured in the study while we were still getting situated. The apparition of a little girl has been seen in here. Unfortunately, all that we captured was simply an inaudible voice.
This audio was captured with an audible sigh in the Son's room of the house.
This audio is significant as it was captured after Erica and I left to investigate the report of an apparition in the master bedroom. We left Cassie alone in the room to conduct her own session at this time. What is interesting about this is that there is an audible change in the background pitch which if followed by a large bang. No one in the house had heard or created this noise. It was reported to us a few days ago that this same sound was heard in the master bedroom.
This noise was heard about 15 seconds after the end of the previous EVP above. We were all in the Kitchen at this time and moving toward the master bedroom. The camera was active but did not capture this sound very well. We did however hear it and moved to the bathroom to investigate finding nothing around the toilet.
Spirit Box Session With Clients (Video)
After confirming the name Bob with our client we decided to move into the living room with the client, Erica, Cassie, the client's husband, and myself. Ron continued to monitor the DVR for any activity during this session. The client agreed to complete this session with us and what we found here was proof that life still exists after death. What we also found was that at least 10 spirits exist here and if we go off what the son has stated we are looking at 21. This is only 8 spirits shy of what inhabits the entire Menger Hotel. Food for thought.
